Dear brothers and sisters,
This book is an abbreviated version of the values and benefits of prayer in congregation (jama’ah) in which, by the help of Allah, forty benefits are gathered and we thank Allah for this.
The main source for this study was the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of Muhammad sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam (may the blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him). To print this book, we need to mention a few facts, including:
Regarding some Islamic countries that the prayer is not taking place in congregation, even by the da’is (those who are engaged in invoking the faith of Allah.)
What we have noticed in ourselves and in some of our Muslim brothers, may Allah guide us, to leave this magnificent worship under the pretext of being too busy and not having enough free time, may Allah help us.
Important warning:
The purpose of this ibadah (prayer in congregation), as well as other acts of worship, is to obey the Almighty Allah, carrying out His commands and avoiding His prohibitions. We have enumerated these benefits in order to encourage those who strive to carry out orders and to warn those who are lazy in doing so.
We ask Allah, the Exalted, to help and support us and to make our deeds pure and sincere in His name.
